WOOOM Terms & Conditions
Membership and Cancellation
All WOOOM memberships are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled.
If a membership is cancelled, access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
You can change or cancel your membership at any time by logging in to “My Account” or by emailing us at wooom@wooom.is. We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
WOOOM reserves the right to change membership prices. Any price changes will apply only to future billing periods and members will be notified with reasonable notice before the changes take effect.
Privacy and Confidentiality
WOOOM treats all personal information as strictly confidential. Your information is used solely to provide our services and complete transactions. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Secure Payments
All card payments are processed through the secure, certified payment gateway provided by Verifone and Landsbankinn. WOOOM does not store any payment card information on its systems.
Event Listings
As a member, you may publish events related to Body, Mind, Spirit, and Relationships. WOOOM reserves the right to reject or remove events that do not align with WOOOM’s editorial guidelines or are otherwise considered inappropriate for the platform.
Each membership is valid for one event organizer only. A single membership may not be used to publish events on behalf of more than one individual, company, or organization.
Third-Party Events
WOOOM serves as a platform where independent event organizers can publish and promote their own events. WOOOM is neither the organizer nor a partner of these events and accepts no responsibility or liability for them.
Event organizers are solely responsible for their events, including their organization, content, participant safety, and compliance with applicable laws. Organizers are also responsible for ensuring they have the right to publish all content associated with their events, including text and images, and that such content does not infringe any copyright or violate applicable laws.
WOOOM accepts no responsibility for payments made between users and event organizers, or for events that are cancelled, postponed, or otherwise changed. WOOOM shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, or other claims arising in connection with third-party events.
Changes to the Service
WOOOM reserves the right to develop and modify the service at any time, including its content, features, membership plans, and pricing. The current Terms & Conditions are always available at wooom.is, and any changes take effect upon publication or on the date otherwise specified.
