Living Level One helps to deepen the Level 1 experience and is a bridge to the ISTA Level 2 Initiation
Level 1 focuses on the personality and offers ways to heal our personal stories and wounds. It focuses on ways to be more emotionally current instead of living in the past and the future. It supports us in being more present and embodied so we can show up more fully in every moment.
L2 is ongoing a deep transformation, you can read more about it here.
Living Level One is for Level 1 GRADS who use the basic practices of Level 1 in their life and are ready to dive deeper.
It's designed to help us move beyond the idea that we HAVE TO DO these practices; instead, the invitation is to realize a new WAY OF BEING in the world.
Living Level One is for people ready to take the next step and experience more LOVE, FREEDOM, and SYNERGY in every moment. It is a supportive jumping-off point for landing Level 2.

ISTA is a transmission of the life force, clothed in love and expressing creatively in the world. ISTA is part of a global transformational movement where human consciousness is being opened to its source as love and harmoniously integrating with other sentient kingdoms and dimensions. In particular ISTA works with spirituality and sexuality as two expressions of the life force. Our vision is a world where humans have a peaceful, delightful, shameless, fearless and loving relationship with their own bodies, sexuality, emotions, hearts, minds and spirit.
